Angela -- Angela's first appearance in Dover was quite intruiging, as an amnesiac found in the confines of a burning building. Several days later, she was Kindred, with obvious ties to the Tremere Lailah. Quiet and introspective, she is an enigma to the rest of the vampiric community.

Sheila -- Angela's elder sister. She arrived with Gromylith while retiruning from the Italian penninsula. She seems to have only brought malice with her, and was highly dissappointed to learn that her sister had been embraced.

Duke Alfred -- The mortal ruler of the Duchy of Kent, he spends much of his time trying to quell the worries of the populace of Dover of all the bizarre occurances in their city. The squabbles with Sommerset have become more intense as of late, adding to the fire by placing the youngest son of the Duke of Glouchester in one of the baronies within Kent. His actions appear to be little influenced by local Kindred.

Joshua Ericsson -- A lesser noble who resides outside of Dover, he is a well-liked socialite and very elligable bachelor. His mannerisms make him popular with both the aristocracy and the commoners.

Prince Sumner – Having had control of the city for only a year now, Sumner is hoping that things will start to become more routine for him. Having been the lieutenant of the former Prince, he came to power when his sire was slain returning from London. He hopes to be able to defend his authority from rival Ventrue.

Amiel – Hidden away in the nearby Abbey, Amiel rants and raves of prophesies and heresies. Locked in a tower with monks transcribing and translating his every word, someone must have a particular interest in what he has to say.

Bro. Lucius – Disfigured and solemn, this Nosferatu keeps a constant watch over the city. Loyal to the Prince, his resolve was recently challenged when it appeared that men under the Prince’s control had slain one of the "chosen" for his "order".

Sister Kathryn – The mind behind the Abbot, she controls the religious activity around Dover, whilst eyeing the Toreador controlled cathedral in the city. A strong willed Spaniard by birth, she is the archtypical Lassombra.

The Abbot – The mortal pawn of Sister Kathryn, he is a charismatic and zealous leader of the monks and sisters in the Abbey. Through Sister Kathryn, he has scored a major victory by having one of his priests placed in Dover Cathedral as the new pastor.

Eric – A talking crow… really, and not just Mathias has seen and heard him.

"The Green Lady" -- A recent arrival in the city, she made her first appearance during a large festival. Her mannerisms and attire made many of the impressionable locals rumor that she was a witch. Many whispers were heard when she and Lord Ericsson shared a dance.

Fr. Jerome – This highly charismatic Toreador has helped to inspire the citizens of Dover in their endeavors to build the cathedral. A truly holy and devout man, he has recently dissappeared from the public eye.
