The Unusual and Arcane

The White Lady -- This apparition has been haunting the streets of Dover for a few weeks now. Her presence at the end of the festival a few nights ago caused a panic with those who remained at that late hour. Some claim that she is here to punish the sinners of the city.

The Massacres -- Recently, several localsa and sailors have been ripped limb from limb during the night. Their blood was smeared on walls revealing cryptic messages to those who could read the languages in which they were written. The towne guard and the Church have attempted to keep close control of the situation to keep the citizenry from panic.
