FACT FILE: A-44 Hurricane
The Hurricane is most famous for its ability to deliver a payload
on target via a high altitude diving attack, but it is a very good gun
platform as well. Its heavy beam phaser, exactly the same as that carried
by the Eagle, is more than capable of destroying
armored targets. This weapon unfortunately draws a lot of power, but that
is offset somewhat by the other armament carried by the Hurricane.

The Equipment Rating System
The preceeding descriptions of aerospace craft use a rating
system, rather than precise numbers. This is to simplify the factsheets,
and to make it easier to understand how each specific aerospace craft compares
to others. A value of zero (0) means none, while a value of 1 means minimal
and 10 means maximum within a given statistic.
