The defenders in this mission must struggle to relieve a beleagered outpost being harrassed by hostiles.
Attackers may use Inflitration troops and deploy them in the defender's deployment zones.
1 The defender must split the army's points cost into two equal sections - the relief force and the outpost force. The two deployment zones lie on the short board edges, 28" appart. The defender deploys both forces first, nominating a board edge as the outpost area.
2 The attacker gets 1/2 the total points available to the defender and may deploy troops anywhere outside the defender's deployment zones at least 18" away from any opponents.
3 The attacker always goes first.
4 Any outpost units outside their deployment zone at the end of the game are considered to be destroyed.
The defender wins if...
Reserves are not used.
The game lasts six turns.
Defending troops fall back to to the board edge they deployed on. Attacking troops fall back to the closesr long board edge.
