Misc. Inc. - PE (Particle Excellerator) Pistol
This weapon, when fired at a non-living object, will excellerate the electrons of the atoms of the object, causing the them to fly away from the atom's nucleus causing the positivly charge nucleui to repel from each other causing them to basically cause the object to explode or rip apart.
NOTE: This weapon can be used on living creatures, and is quite deadly.
Weight: 5 lbs.
Rate of Fire: equal to melee attacks
Range: 30 ft.
Payload: 5 shots per E-clip.
Damage Against Non-living Objects: Vaporizes the target object and does 2D6x10 S.D.C. damage to objects within ten feet.
Damage Against Living Objects: Target creature must role a 12 or higher to save against this weapon. If they make the save they take 2d6 damage direct to H.P., or 4d6 M.D. depending. If the Save is failed, they take 2d6x10 damage to H.P., or 4d6x10 M.D. depending.
Black Market Cost: 15,000 credits. 20 credits per E-clip.

Misc. Inc. - PE Rifle:
Same as pistol except heavier and longer range.
Weight: 10 lbs.
Rate of Fire: equal to melee attacks.
Range: 300 ft.
Payload: 10 shots. Damage: Same as Pistol.
Blacl Market Cost: 20,000 credits. 40 credits per E-clip.

Misc. Inc. - PE Bombs
Particle Excelerator Bombs are deadlier than it's pistol, and rifle counter parts. They can be set to hold off detonation for upto 3 weeks, or as little as three seconds.
Weight: 8 lbs.
Rate of Fire: one time use only, system vaporizes
Range: can be thrown about 150ft, and does damage to a 20ft radius around the area of detonation.
Damage: Vaporizes what ever it hits, and does 4d6x10 M.D. to 20ft. radius
Black Market Cost: 200 credits.

Misc. Inc. - PE Self Destruct System
Work on same princple as the PE Pistol. The system is integrated into the armor in which when the proper switch is flipped the armor vaporizes in 10 secs.
Weight: 15 lbs.
Rate of Fire: one time use only, system vaporizes
Range: object attached to.
Damage: vaporizes the target object, and does 2d6x10 S.D.C. damage to an radius of 10ft. around the object detonated.
Black Market Cost: 200 credits to buy, and 1,000 credits to install properly. Installed in all Misc. Inc. weapons, armor, and equipment as a safety precaution.

Misc. Inc. Multi-Weapon Blasters

Weight: 8 lbs.
Rate of Fire: equal to hand to hand.
Range: Varies with beam.
Damage: Varies with beam.
Standard Hand Blasters, each has three energy weapon capabilities.
  • Laser: 2d6, 500ft. range.
  • Ion: 1d8, 300ft. range.
  • Plasma: 3d6 flaming damage for 5d6 minutes, 250ft. range.
  • Particle Beam: 3d4x10 to 5ft. area, 200 ft. range.
  • Stun: Electrical blast which causes neural-leptic shock, the person has to save 16 or higher, otherwise they are paralyzed for 1d4 minutes. won't work on Demons, Dragons, and other supernatural creatures.
    Power Source: E-clips. Two on bottom, and one on top, for the Standard Multi-Weapon Blaster.
    Max. Shots: 10 per clip. That's 10 shots per beam weapon.
    Black Market Cost: 30,000 credits, and 20 credits per E-clip.

    NOTE: Misc. Inc. has a Super Multi-Weapon Blaster equiped with all the above beam weapons, but it is not currently on the market. The Super M.W.B. has 5 E-Clip slots, and has a special overload system, which allows it to explode. When this occurs it does 2d6x10 M.D. to a 30ft area.

    Misc. Inc. Sonic Surfboard

    The Sonic surfboard is a basic surfboard that's been souped up with several soalr collectors on top side. The underside is completely smooth except for the stabilizing fin in the rear and an aerodynamic nodule housing a mini-sonic amplifier and speaker on the front. The board gains its sound wave riding ability from a special reflective coating invented by a Pre-Rifts scientist by the name of Zane Carter. The nodule emits high frequency sound waves which "slip" off the coating and holding the board aloft. The higher the frequency the faster the board "slips" through the air.
    M.D.C.: 70
    Range: Effectively unlimited, has a micro-nuclear generator to power it.
    Top Speed: 300 mph.
    Bonuses: +2 to strike, intiative when riding the board, +6 to dodge while riding the board
    Weight: 85 lbs.
    Max. Load: 500lbs.
    Black Market Cost: Not currently on the Black Market, but would fetch a price of about 500,000 credits atleast.

    Power Armor

    Misc. Inc. Usurper Power Armor

    A pre-rifts design created by and renamed after it's maker "The Usurper". This design was based off the original designs found on a computer Vid-Disc. found in a Brazilian bunker. The original armor, though powerful at the time in tests proved relatively weak when used against the supernatural horrors from the Rifts. 6 suits of XLR-5 Power Armor were originally produced and have been lost to antiquity. The Misc. Inc. design is a revision on the original design and has since been beefed up for combating more powerful enemies. The Usurper's Power Armor is equipped with another marvel of pre-rifts technology created by Fabricator's Incorperated, another Pre-rifts orginization. This addition to the armor is an orbiting anti-grav jet ball laser system. The laser-balls orbit the user and are controlled by a neural link to the user. They add an additional 8 attacks to the user's usual hand to hand attacks. The original design also had two forearm laser blasters which have been up-graded to particle beams.
    M.D.C.: 250 (laser resistant, 1/4th damage), 20 M.D.C. each ball (8 balls)
    Weight: 100lbs. Extraordinary Mobility (no minuses on anything.)

    P.S.: boosted character's strength to a 30 Robotic.
    Running Spd.: boosts character's speed to 200 mph.
    Jet-thrusters: for Jet assisted leaps only. Max. Height of 150ft if thrusters are used for a prolonged leap. No longer than 1 minute burn on the thrusters.
    Jet Ball system: controlled by neural link to user's helmet, does 1d6 M.D. per shot. housed in compartment on the usurper's back when not in use.
    Attacks per melee: 8 additional; 16 if no physical attacks are made, no the user can not dodge if using the 16 attacks, but does receive auto-matic dodge for all of the balls, rolled normally; the user does not have auto-matic dodge for the Laser-Balls when he uses the 6 additional, but still gets the bonus to dodge: +5 to dodge.
    Jet Ball Power Souce: has a power life of 24 hrs. while flying, recharges in the back compartment at a rate of 1 hr. per every 30 minutes.
    Forearm Particle Beam Blasters (2): 3d6x10 to a five foot radius 100ft range.
    Black Market Cost: 20 million credits.

    Misc. Inc. E.C. 1 Cyclops-Minitaur Power Armor

    The Explorer Class Power Armor was inspired by a hoard of Minitaur which came through a Rift breifly after the catacylsm video footage showed the Minitaurs as they killed an adult "fire" dragon. The height of the power armor is approximately 8 ft. Male & Female versions are available. The suit got it's Cyclops part of it's name from the fact that it's helmet has a full 180 tinted visor which appears at first as if it was just one eye. The "eye" as it is called has heads-up display capabilities along with infra-red and passive nightvision capabilities. The suit enhances the character's strength, speed, and agility.
    M.D.C.: 300
    Weight: 450 lbs.
    Height: 8ft.
    Bonuses to stats: +8 to P.S., P.P., and Spd.
    Black Market Cost: 1 million credits.

    Body Armor

    Misc. Inc. U.E. 1 Hitch-Hiker's Woven Body Armor

    The Urban Explorer Mark 1 Body Armor, was designed as an effective, easy to make, light, and affordable body armor. This armor is made out of strands of M.D.C. metals and alloys. The allows are woven together to create the armor, the armor is designed with a woven skirt and a metal chest plate for protection. The chest plate is made from Miscalanium a very strong M.D.C. metal. the armor can come in any color but can not be laser reflective though.

    Weight: 30 lbs. Excellent Mobility (-5% to prowl)
    Black Market Cost: 25,000 credits

    Misc. Inc. U.E. 2 Laser Resistant Adjustable Body Armor

    M.D.C.: 140 (takes 1/4 damage from lasers)
    Styles: Male & Female versions, can be painted but loses laser resistance till paint is removed/blown off. Paint will have 10 S.D.C. per 4x4 inch area.
    Weight: 50 lbs. Excellent Mobility (-5% prowl)
    Black Market Cost: 30,000credits.
