Luke Bespin Wave

Ray H. reports that Wal-Mart west in Madison had two cases of this wave this morning. They include figures #28-#31 (Mace Windu, Darth Vader, Luke Bespin, Jango Fett).

Tuesday, May 7th

12" Mace Windu

My 12" Mace Windu figure arrived today that I had ordered from TRU.com. It arrived in OK shape, but it did have some small creases on the top. I guess I will need to keep an eye open for one in better shape. The figure is nothing too special considering it is a TRU exclusive. A nice head sculpt (but kind of weird mouth), plain Jedi robes, and basically just his Light Saber as an accessory. Nothing too special really. I expect the only reason he is being made is to quench demand for the previous version now that Mace has an expanded role in AOTC

AOTC Movie Tickets

I don't know how many people know this, but you can buy tickets to see AOTC at Marcus theaters right now. I picked up my tickets today for some of the shows at Eastgate Cinema. Although none of the shows there are sold out yet, I wouldn't wait too long if you are interested in one of the midnight or early evening shows.

More AOTC Pez

Ray H. reports that Wal-Mart west in Madison got in some of these on Saturday. They may have gotten a different assortment than what I saw at the east side store since he didn't see any Boba Fetts or Stormtroopers.

12" Mace Windu

Gary S. reports that TRU west in Madison had two of their exclusive 12" Mace Windu figures on the shelf Friday. I ordered one from TRU.com that should arrive any day now so I will have a review then.

Stomping Wampa & Fast Through the Forest

On my way down to Indianapolis Thursday, I stopped at the K-Mart in Janesville. There I picked up the second wave of Playskool toys. These things are just great and I hope that the line last. K-Mart's price was $7.99
