B-Wings

Target east in Madison had 8 B-Wings on the shelf today. That is the largest number of these that I have seen at one time.

Palm Talkers

Ray H., Joe Y., and myself all saw some Palm Talker figures at TRU west in Madison today. These also are called Super Deformed figures and include C-3PO, R2-D2, Chewbacca, Darth Vader, Stormtrooper, and Boba Fett. TRU is selling them for $9.99, which is as low as I have heard. I picked up Darth Vader, Chewbacca, and R2-D2. They are nice in a cutesy sort of way. They all say phrases and some have lights. It looks like Darth Vader might have some shoulder articulation, but the other two are lacking any at all. I don't expect that these will play to a broad spectrum of collectors and that this is likely the only wave that will ship. If you have an interest in them, I would get them early.

Wednesday, Aug. 22nd

B-Wings

Ian reports that Target west in Madison had 7 B-Wings on the shelf today. There were 6 left after he was finished.
