Saturday, March 18th:
Obi-Wan Lightsaber
Both Wal-Marts east & west in Madison got in the new Obi-Wan Lightsaber. Finally a blue bladed lightsaber that lights up. It appears that they come 6 to a case and they are in .0000 boxes. The one thing that is interesting is that the box doesn't mention the battery protector like the others do.
More Battle Damaged Destroyer Wave
Wal-Mart east in Madison got in two more cases of these Friday and G saw them at Wal-Mart west in Madison Friday afternoon.
Holo Maul & Qui-Gon
Wal-Mart west in Madison has an entire end cap of these, while the east side store still hasn't put them all out. They are going to be tough to find in decent packaging.
Star Wars Insider #48
I got the newest Insider in the mail Friday. Things to note are that they show the new Sio Bibble, Queen with Ascension Gun, Pit Droid 2-pack, Mas Amedda, Coruscant Guard, and Tusken Raider figures.
Thursday, March 16th:
Battle Damaged Destroyer Droid Wave
Wal-Marts east in Madison and Sun Prairie both got in one case each of the new soft goods wave. This one features Qui-Gon Jinn (Jedi Master), Destroyer Droid (battle damaged), and Jar Jar Binks (Naboo swamp). All three of the new figures are kinda ho hum with the Destroyer Droid being the best. Also in the case were Obi-Wan (Jedi Knight), Anakin (Naboo Pilot), Darth Maul (Sith Lord), and Darth Maul (Tatooine). There may have been one other that I didn't notice. The case has three Qui-Gons, three BD Destroyer Droids, and only one Swimming Jar Jar. All three of the new figures were on .0000 cards and the case they came out of ended in a "Y".
Holo Maul & Qui-Gon
Wal-Mart east in Madison got in several cases of the new holographic figures. These include Darth Maul and Qui-Gon Jinn and are similar to the Epic Force figures. They are kind of neat since they look very nice when they are lit up. They come in cases of 12 with 8 Mauls and 4 Qui-Gons. The price was $9.96 and there isn't any .xxxx number on the back.
Hungry Hero Jar Jar
Wal-Mart east in Madison also got in some of the Hungry Hero Jar Jar plush toys. These look to be a lot of fun for small kids since he says several phrases and sticks out his tongue when you squeeze his tummy. The price was $17.96, he comes 4 to a case, and is in a .0100 box.
Motti Wave
Wal-Marts east in Madison and Sun Prairie both got in one case each of the Motti Wave. At least we are starting to get some newer Classic figures in the area. I just wish that R2-D2 was in this case.
Target Clearance 12" Figures
Jay reports that the Target in Kenosha has all of their EP1 12" figures on clearance for $8.50. Good prices to snatch up some extras.
