Sunday, Feb. 6th:

Gungan Assault Cannon

I found the Gungan Assault Cannon Invasion Force set today at TRU in Madison. It was in a .0000 box and cost $9.99. The cannon looks a lot like the shield generator that rides on top of some of the Faambas, so it looks like it fits into the Star Wars universe. The Jar Jar figure has very little articulation, 4 points only. They are at both shoulders, the waist, and the neck. There isn't any articulation in his legs at all.

Saturday, Feb. 5th:

More TRU Deals

TRU in Madison got in more of the older classic items and they were priced pretty cheap. Thanks to Necklace for the tip. I'm not 100% sure of the prices listed below, but you get the idea. What they got were:

Friday, Feb. 4th:

Soft Goods Wave

Wal-Mart Sun Prairie and Wal-Mart east in Madison each got in two cases of the soft goods wave. Wal-Mart east didn't put any out due to full pegs. Wal-Mart Platteville also got these in; thanks to Zampardi for that report. The ones I saw came in a new case assortment that ended in an "S", but I couldn't tell what changed since the new figures were still two each. BTW, the new figures are Darth Maul Sith Lord, Obi-Wan Jedi Knight, and Anakin Naboo Pilot.

Wednesday, Feb. 2nd:

Monday, Jan. 31st:

6 Ft. Naboo Fighter Display

Madison area Wal-Marts are now getting rid of these very large (and cool) ships. I was able to get the one from the east side store. I guess the one at the west side store fell and was sold as scap. The one at the Sun Prairie store is still up for grabs, I think. I was talking to the manager Saturday and he was looking for $300. If you have the extra money and the extra space, I would give them a call.

Slow News

Sorry for the lack of updates, but there hasn't been anything worth reporting. If you see anything from the Holo Sidious wave, Stormtrooper wave, Soft Goods wave, or anything new; please send me a report. I hope things start picking up pretty soon, but the stores seem packed with old product.
