The Kitchen

You are led to a large kitchen with stone walls and hard wood floors. There are long tables pushed up against one wall, and pots and pans are scattered everywhere. Around the kitchen, you see a black kitten walking about. The kitten stops you and Panter at the door. Interestingly enough, the kitten speaks. It's voice is feminine.

"Panter," the kitten says, "you know Kiko doesn't like having guests in here. She's going to get angry at you.... again."

"I think I'll take the risk, Conscience."

"Okay. A small warning though. She's really tense."

"Thanks for the warning. Bye!" He waves to the kitten as she walks off.

At the stove, you see a girl in a chef's uniform. She's rather short and slender with a bit of an athletic build, has long dark brown hair tied back in a ponytail, dark brown eyes, and tanned skin. She has a bit of a sweet, innocent, little sister type look to her.

Panter taps her on the shoulder and she turns around in startlement. She glares at Panter. "What?!! I'm trying to cook!"

"Sorry to disturb you, Chef Kiko," Panter says. "I'm showing our guest around. Is that a problem?"

"Yes! This is a kitchen! Not a playground or tour sight!"

"Alia's orders."

"And your point is?"

"Have you forgotten that this is your sister's domain?"

"Everywhere in this fortress is my sister's domain. Everywhere but here!! This is my domain!!" She points to the very top of the page. "See? It says 'KIKO'S DOMAIN!!' Not 'ALIA'S DOMAIN!'"

"Kiko, behave yourself for once."

She takes a deep breath and looks at you. She smiles a forced smile. "Hello. I am Kiko. I am the head chef here. This is where I can tell you about all the foods I would recommend you trying. Here is the menu." She glares at Panter as she hands you the menu. "I'm telling Alia about this later. She's my sister. She'll take my side."

"Yeah yeah yeah... Let's just see the menu!"
