About your host!

Hi! As you know, I'm Alia (uh LEE uh), and yes, that's my real name. I was born in April, 1982, in Southern California where I still currently live. I attend community college and hope to transfer to CalArts and major in either Film Production and/or Character Animation.

I'm about 5'4" with short black hair, dark brown eyes, a dark tan, and an average build. I wear glasses when I don't feel like wearing contact lenses.

My hobbies are writing, collecting and watching anime, listening to music, singing, dancing, and having fun. Now guess how many of those I actually get to do often! *ggls*

Writing has been a hobby of mine since I was about seventeen years old. I am hoping to turn at least one my writings into a cartoon or maybe a game. I've taken an interest in graphics to make this dream of mine come true.

I'm kind of into drawing, but it's not a big time hobby. It's just something to do when I'm bored.

I'm a big time fan of anime and role playing games. I'm really into fantasy, which is why my page is set up as it is. (I will try to get better pictures if I can find them.)

I am a pretty laid-back person most of the time. Otherwise, I can be a little emotional and timid. For whatever reason, people laugh when I say I'm shy. I'm not really shy, but I'm not outgoing. I'm just blunt. I'm willing to try anything at least once (depending on what it is I'm asked to try). Most of the time, people think I'm a bit weird. Why? I don't know. *shrug* I'm an average computer nerd. I'm not much for going out. If I go anywhere, I prefer it be far far away from home... like out of the country.

I like traveling. It's something I want to do in life. I've been to about four different countries so far. Traveling gives me a chance to understand other cultures better. I enjoy learning about things I find interesting. Learning about different cultures is one of my interests.

If there's anything else you would like to know, go ahead and ask me. I'm very a very open person. I don't like keeping mystery to myself.
