Talemorin was born to Naralais Longbow, a master elven weaponsmithy and Enoria Longbow, priestess of Hanali Celanil. Talemorin took to living away from communities easily, at an early age. As he grew older he half-taught and half-trained himself to hunt and track. He was also a natural at the bow, even for an elf. His skill was outstanding. Talemorin was then trained to be a Pathfinder. His father made him a magical sword called Qulaina to aide him...a sensce of security a father has over his leaving son.
At the age of 112 Talemorin was visited by the celtic god Silvanus. It was then that Talemorin learned that he has been following Silvanus and didn't know, like most rangers. In one of Talemorin's first quests, he visited a castle in which a jousting tournament was being held. Talemorin held his own with the lance, but dominated when swords came to play. Talemorin has been trained by "binelle dasada" or BladeSongs to use the sword. Talemorin did not want to dedicate his life to the sword, but did see the advantage. With Qualina, Talemorin won the tournament. For his prize, he was knighted. Elves think of this as a joke"...an elf knighted? That is such a...human...thing." That is why Sir is always, "Sir". Soon after this Talemorin was asked to investigate a series of 'king-nappings'. The Speaker of The Trees thought this to be a minor quest, that is why He chose a young elf to go...only later did he learn the size of the quest. Talemorin would discover the source of the king-nappings to be the demon-god Traz. Talemorin, knowing he wasn't strong enough to face Traz head on, decided to do what he had been trained to do. Attack things from the side, behind and anywhere else but within the eyes(Unless he shoots them out!). During his travels Talemorin met IlL'ese're Hardramven. The two quickly became good friends. As the two grew in strenght they would take Traz's plans and armies more head on...yet still just scratches on the surface. Talemorin VERY quickly learned of the extreme prejudice IlL'esere' has...Giants. COUNTLESS number of times IlL'ese're would dive into a fight..pick fights...and LOOK for fights, just because of their size. On one adventure, IlL'ese're and Talemorin stumbled into the Home of the giant-god Loki. Imagine a castle the size of giants, and filled with sleeping giants...everywhere. Lets just say Talemorin had a real hell of a time cheating death. Talemorin met another good friend, the beautiful, graceful, and deadly, Que'llar Veldr'in. Now the trio started to take Traz head on. Defeating major plans and changing from a thorn in Traz's side, to a dagger. The three traveled to the Abyss to try and defeat and slay Traz on his home turf. Wave after wave after powerful wave of endless, mindless Tannar'ri horde attacked the three...though they had a small army with them(20) and a small fort...the end was obvious(remember the Alamo?). It was here, in a flash of godly light, Sir Browen the Bold rode in with shiny silver armor and a mighty Warhorse. With his god and faith, and the skills and powers of Talemorin and company...the tides were turned...for the moment. The Heroes left, but not before Talemorin left a message, a promise, for Traz. Talemorin fired a magical arrow from his mighty Bow of Odin...and injured Traz...for the first time...and very, VERY badly. |

Scimitars.... Qualina....................Naralais made this magical Scimitar of Speed+3. Naralais thought, "If I cannot protect my son...then I will make sure he is protected. Qualina means "HOPE" in elven. It gives its bearer a cheerping-buzzing sound when harm is nearby...the sound is of a bird where Talemorin is from. Athinar......................This is a very magical and powerful blade. Talemorin found this blade during a major fight...Athinar means "gods aid" in Aamison-a type of angel-like race in PLANESCAPE. This blade is a LG blade and a +3(+10 v. true evil) as in Tannar'ri and Baatezu. It gives its barer Clairaudience, Clairvoyence and ESP. ****Talemorin fights with both blades****** LongBow Bow of Odin...........This mighty longbow made of heartwood of a Summer Oak from Yssgard, blessed by Odin himself..this bow slows ones speed down by -1(d6) but increases its accuracy and hit by+4(d20) and can not be broken by non-magical means. Amongst the carvings along the shaft, a large eye is at the top...as the bow is drawn...the eye opens up...the symbol for Odin...a single blue eye. Dagger Pain Dagger+1...........a 4 sided dagger, it look like an "X" from the top view...the jagged blade is magicaly enchanted and ONLY magical healing can stop the bleeding. (+6 DMG) |

Teamed with Sir Browen the Bold, life friends-IlL'ese're and Que'llar, and Browen's old party, Dorium and Mirage; they all headed to Traz's castle in Northern Notirb...Sir Browen led the largest army known to URSA.
The battle lasted for many months. ACTUAL fighting lasted for weeks at a time...day-night constant fighting. Talamorin chased Traz away from the battle field, and while Dorium, Arayln and Sir Browen held off Traz's body guards(fiends and demons themselves), Talemorin sliced Athinar deep inside Traz...killing him. It is said, rumored, and whispered, that during all this chaos Que'llar and Talemorin fell in love and had a child. The only ones who know this is IlL'ese're, Que'llar, Sir Browen the Bold, and Talemorin......and of course....their son. **NOTE: The correct spelling of Talemorin is with the 'E'. Pronounced (Tal-e-mor-in). The 'E' is pronounced as in the name "Ed." Atanis, or Humans, say: (Tal-A-Mor-in). While dwarves and IlL'ese're will pronounce it, (Towel-e-morn).** |
