THE SWAMP OF LAND HO!
You Have Reached The Swamps of Land Ho!! As you explore, we think you'll find that these marshy lands have a unique style of their own. Here, you'll find the nests of River Urts scattered about everywhere. We aren't sure if any of the Spider People dwell in the Swamps of Lands Ho...but we have, on occassion, seen the large elastic bands of their webs adhering to trees and brush, giving way to the fact that, whether they dwell here or not, they have been here. You'll hear the calls of the waders...perhaps calling out warning to their family of the presence of a Mamba. So take heed and listen closely to all the subtle little sounds around you...
....the Mambas thrive in these Swamps and are very Strong, Cunning and Treacherous!! Many fall prey to their silent, almost invisible approach...and once upon you, one reptilian creature alone, will have the strength of many Warriors put together, as it wrestles you and pulls you under the water, into its territory! Mambas, a kind of River Tharlarion, are often said to resemble Urth's crocodile. But one can't stress enough the importance of remembering that this place is NOT of Urth! And its strangeness and strength, alone, should be respected.
