No?! Fine! Go Here! Back Home.... Baby.
Good! Just let Sir Eldren tell you a little story. Stop me when you find something interesting! Let's see.... I started out playing on the internet about April, 1998, when I wandered into the university library and decided that I was going to find out what exactly it was that Chumbawumba couldn't publish in their Tubthumper CD. I looked, I read, I had a good time. Pretty simple. The next day, I found myself wanting to know what was going on with the production of Nintendo's Zelda 64. I came, I saw, I got upset that the date was pushed back. OK, I said, and then I remembered what a friend of mine had told me about, GoPlay, so I typed in the addy, and voila! I had my own e-mail in a matter of minutes! I didn't even have a computer! LOL! Okay, so now I had e-mail, but I didn't know anybody... no problem! I went to a site that I heard of a while before, WebRPG. I met some people there, had fun, and then got hooked on another site, The International Guild of Role Players. I have since become a knight of the Guild and enjoy the conversations there immensely. I shortly thereafter designed a website, which you have apparently found! I enlisted the help of a couple of on-line friends for suggestions, and thus developed what you see here. Finding a spot on TSR's site, I decided to put up a quick reference to all of the gods of the Forgotten Realms. This would make it pretty easy when people started arguing over little things. The bigger things I can settle since I had to read all of the book Faiths and Avatars and know much of what's in it now. ???
I met a young guy from Canada living in Florida who spent a lot of time on the 'net, so we exchanged links, making Got Milk? the first home page with a link to and fro. I was happy! Since then, 6' 4" Dwarf has joined with Dwarvendarrow, another Australian gentlemen by the name of Mike, and another gaming site going by the name of Great River Games with a great fantasy role-playing system. I have recently added Tom Davidson's Page to the collection! If you are also interested in Alternity, you may be interested in Dark Frontiers. I have gotten a lot of my graphics off of the web. You can check out Hun Yee's Graphic Collection for some really nice ones. The background for this page is being used with permission from Chainmail and More. Please write and ask permission before using this background. I'm sure they won't mind.
Also, a nice site to check out from time to time is The Dungeon Master's Guild Website. Check out the stuff in the library! And, then there's the AD&D Realm. It's got some more cool stuff to check out. Here's one for you if you're looking for a world to contain your campaign, Worlds of Fantasy. Good content, if I do say so myself. A site of interest to role-players the world over, RPG Review is the online source for information, ideas, and articles based upon RPG's of some sort. The role-playing world's online resource. This is a nice site, put together really well: And then there's always @Fantasy.com. A MUD I discovered shortly after joining the International Guild of Role-Players, Medievia is the best you can find! Click below to discover a whole new world of excitement!
Sites of some great people from the International Guild of Role-Players.... Anna Collins Home Page.... If you are looking for other sites for AD&D, just keep checking back. Or, of course, you could click the beautiful picture above and peruse the Archives! Many, many, many, many, many sites can be found from there. Not too many dead links, from my experience. Here's a list of interesting sites with interesting stuff about AD&D on them..... Dark Dungeons
