Tomar, the name alone sends a chill down the spine of most citizens in Haven. It is said that since his birth, Tomar has brought nothing but unpleasantness to the lives of people he comes in contact with. Tomar with his usually sour demeanor has spent most of his life bullying people around to get what he wants. Being the son of councilmen Tarold Abby, Tomar has led a privileged existence in Haven. Never once has he been brought before the council to answer for his acts of cruelty.
It seems that the only people in Haven that aren't scared of Tomar and his thugs are Kona, Roald, Tal and To'Darc. Tomar and Kona for years have hated each other. Tomar could never break the bond shared by the four friends and has always resented them for it.
Tomar is an intimidating fellow. Standing over 6'2" and weighing in at 230 pounds is enough to scare most people of Haven. Tomar would be a good looking young man if it were not for the scar across the right side of his face. Every time Tomar sees a reflection of his face, his hatred for Kona grows. Kona was the one who left Tomar's face disfigured. Tomar and his group have taken out revenge at every chance and being a few years older, have usually gotten the best of the four friends. That and the protection of the council.
