     Shadow is a man of few words, he is very much a lone ranger..... a mercenary for hire. You pay the price, and someone you dislike will be dealt with harsh blow. His past is clouded with mystery and sometimes even his words are strange and hard to comprehend.
    Though he looks like a cold-blooded killer, Shadow is a very dependable travelling companion, although I don't deny that he leaves the party at some point in time and later joins back. I guess that's the way a ninja lives..... full of intrigue, mystery and so unpredictable.
    According to the game, Shadow has seven dreams which tells of his turbulent past and which reveals his true identity. True enough that his past has something to do with the party... in fact, he is actually Relm's father.

Shadow has the ability to Throw objects such as knives, shurikens and plenty of other devastating ninja stuffs. He is also very well trained in using the katana, a Japanese sword which must draw blood if the katana was ever drawn out from its scabbard..... swift and deadly.... just like in the movies!
