In just, well I won't count them.
1) Get a few die-hard fans. The more the better, but these people will be your new leaders. Get them together.
2) Start talking to other people. One on one. If someone is into art, bring up the cool drawing style. Cats, the kitties. Be creative, but don't come off stupid, irrational, and be able to take a few hits. Keep your goal in mind.
3) Infiltrate the clubs. Band is a good start. The football team next, then Chorus, Basketball, Track, and Cheerleading last. If you want to demote the current socail icons, be ready to don a mini-skirt and pom poms. Plus, you can talk to the sponsers about new uniforms.
4) The falculty is always last, but eventually, they will turn. Then present your demands to the principle and super-intendent - rename the school.
Your leaders can decide the name.
