Background:
Carlos Bianca of Spanish/French heritage was destined to be a be a commercial pilot like his father, however he wanted to join Starfleet. He did quite well at school but all on his mind was flying...through space to distant worlds. When he was 18 he had the chance to join Starfleet Academy.
After completing the Academy he was assigned to the U.S.S. Marillion. He proved himself to be a good officer and was promoted to Lt (jg). After designing several new evasive maneuvers and flight plans and so in his free time and finally presented it to his captain she was so impressed that she send the Admiralty it along with a commendation for Bianca. In the mean time he got transferred to the DeRuyter. After being there for two months he got promoted to full Lt.
Carlos Bianca is a very pleasent young man, with a good sense of humour. In his spare time he's always writing music or "fooling around" on the holodeck.
