Description: Looter's is a fun place to hang out. The serving maids are all attractive, there is live music every night, and the ale flows freely. It is decorated like it was an actual den of thieves down to the smallest detail. There are knife throwing contests and other thief games. However, unbeknownst to the patrons, the waitresses *are* actually highly skilled thieves. They don't steal enough to raise questions but just enough to keep the ale free and supplement their tips. Looters falls under the protection of the highly powerful Brothers of Iniquity Thieves guild (although members will rarely go there).

Encounter: If characters flaunt their money, there is a good chance a waitress will flirt with them and then try to steal some gold.
