Description			Background
Klion is a short, wiry Gnome with dark hair, yellowish skin and a long nose. He wears dark hooded robes and strange medallions to give him a more sinister sppearance, but his long nose poking out of his dark hood is rather amusing to most. He is always cackling and chortling over some new plot or concoction, and is so absentminded he rarely even finishes a sentence. He has an allergic reaction to many of his potions, as is evidenced by his constantly watering eyes, runny nose, and puffy face. This doesn't prevent him from continuing his craft, although he ruins some of his projects constantly after a fit of sneezing. He lives in a shabby hut, with many old, dusty books and jars scattered on shelves and tables, and many boiling cauldrons and braziers litter the floor.			Klion is yet another of those recluse crackpot magicians that seem to suddenly appear overnight. The fact is, he has been practicing his art longer than most mortals have been alive. While his methods are at the least very unorthodox and at the most highly questionable, he gets results all the same.
