Use the Collectors to draw the personnel to activate the Naiskos, and use Q's Tents to get whoever has been Rakal Shuffled to the bottom. After Revolving your opponent's Q's Tent (to prevent them from seeding under your Q's Planet), deploy it and seed the Barclay's and the Naiskos under it. Complete the Planet and retrieve the Naiskos and the points, and then start hunting! Since only one of your missions can be attempted by Non-Aligneds only, Tallera will be needed to "steal" one of your own missions. Good hunting!
