This is, clearly enough, a colony deck designed with the First Contact rules in mind. Since Cybernetics has been reduced in power, the old standby, Red Alert!, must be used to get personnel out as quickly as possible. Other than that, the deck runs just like the old standby colony decks we have all come to know and...well...know, at least. Tent for the Q's Planet as quickly as possible in order to get the Horga'hn, which could well make the difference between success and failure, then build the colony and cart personnel from the outpost to the colony, scoring points the whole while. With Horga'hn, it should be possible to reach 100 points before your opponent. Note that some space is left in the draw deck; this could be used for potential score-inflaters such as Interrogation.
