Charles Edward Hodges-Bradley: He is Janie's twin brother and they look like opposites; He has fiar hair and blue-gray eyes. He also has a fairy mark later on from Elywyn.
Claudia Diana Hodges-Bradley: She is a square, serious child with mouse brown hair and blue eyes. She is a third grader who can communicate to animals through a charm around her neck.
Janie Elenore Hodges-Bradley: She is in the eigth grade, has tangled black hair, pale skin and purple eyes. She is in training to become an apprentice by Morgana and has her virtue (rowan) wand. she is twins with Charles.
Morgana Shee: She is the most powerful sorceess since Darion the Nightweaver and is of the Gold staff. She is half fairy (sidhe) and half human (her mother was Quislai). she has gray eyes and dark hair. 1500 years ago she was named Morgan the Fairy, Lady of the Lake, and/or Morgan LeFay.
Vixen: Morgana's familiar. She has golden eyes, red-gold fur, and a golden collar around her neck. Morgana had given her the Elixir of life a long time ago so that she would live longer. Morgana and Vixen share a bond together.

Archon: a member of the coucil
Cadal Forge: He was a master sorcerer and a red staff wielder. He used to have the Heart of Valor and that's what he used in order to put a spell on Morgana but Thia stole it. He was also a madman who hated humans.
Darion Beldar (Darion the Falcrister and Nightweaver): He was the creator of the black staff. When he got old and knew that he was going to die, he unmade the staff and it split into twelve gems...each containing a twefth of the original power. That was when the council of twelve became the ruling council. But something went wrong with the gems and three of the Councils went mad and tried to get the rest of the gems while the good ones resisted. There was a war after this that went on for a thousand years and when it was over, none of the original counselors were alive. So they got nine new councilors and kept the original three gems from the ones that went mad and the gems were guraded by feathered serpents. The Chaotic Zones also erupted at this time. The little knowledge or art that survived the world was destroyed by the time of Chaos.
Elwyn Silverhair: She is a full Quislair and half sister to Morgana. She was the one to give Charles the kiss and fairy mark. She has a little bell around her ankle. Her eyes were as beautiful as gems and her hair floweed down her back in radiance.

Brent Bascomb: He drives a red convertible beamer. He has a one sided smile, year round tan, and light hair.
John Divola: A guy that Charles went out biking with.
Mr. Pigeon: He was Claudia's teacher the year before last. His class motto is "all for one and one for all".
