Brian Jacques

I don't suppose many of you know who Brian Jacques is, especially not if you're American. Born and raised in Liverpool, England, Jacques worked as a longshoreman, stand-up comedian, long-distance truck driver, and a playwright before becoming a writer. He now hosts his own BBC radio show, called Jakestown.
