| Background: He was born in 1998 at Los Angeles. In the age of 18 Jack robbed a jeweller's store and got his face in to the 50 Most Wanted criminals. So he ran to Night City and at 2020 strarted a terrorist group called Doom Troopers. The Doom Troopers did many strikes in Night City. Doom Troopers have very heavy armory. Little later he bored to the continous mass killing. He started armor shop that sold stolen property. Then cops come and closed the business. After that Jack opened a gunshop. He handled his competitor with a stenchbomb! Now he is in Tsunami Arms and does some criminal sniper jobs. Style: Jack only wants the best and custom made. Even his car reflects his style.
