Yay, I'm back! (See, Crystal-chan, I told you I'd start writing again soon! Now you can get your Peter fix, *lol*) After taking a couple of months off to stew, I'm finally ready to finish up the story, I think. Sorry for the wait, but things are getting complicated now, and I wanted to make sure I could concentrate on this before I jumped in. This chapter should explain a great deal -- namely what Spirit's after and why he's obsessed with Cassie. So now you know -- pure hearts, starseeds, and true dreams in the original SM series, and now pure, balanced spirits. ^_^ Oh, and at the end there, Peter is referring to Crystal Tokyo, only he doesn't know that's what it's called yet. He hasn't met Rini, silly, *lol*

One minor, minor point -- I did slip into Japanese at the end of the first part. 'Aishiteru' simply means 'I love you.' I love that word, it's so beautiful. ^_~

Things are picking up now -- let's just hope I don't drop 'em...
