Ack, these last two chapters have been soooo long! I realized after finishing the first part that, despite the title being "Cassiopeia," I didn't really develop Cassie's character at all. She was just kinda there. So I tried to give her some inner conflict, and a window to her thoughts here. Then there was Peter, I had to start introducing him, since he is kind of important. The relationships between Peter and Cassie and between Peter and Lita will be explored in the next part. It'll be two chapters -- originally part of this section, but separated due to the length -- and they'll start to deal with Peter and what he knows about Cassie's past. HE hasn't lost any memories, so it'll start making more sense soon.

Yes, the villain's name is Spirit! Did you catch it? His character will be explained later, probably about the same time as Cassie's full story.

It may be awhile before I perfect Part III, but don't get too comfortable...
