Welcome

This is a description of some of the city-states in Lurland. Most of the information in this page came from Chovin, a merchant the party helped out.

  • Ambledun  -  This medium-sized city is always dirty and smelly due to the large numbers of smelters and forges. The thieves’ guild has a strong presence here. The party has been to Corlis in their travels; more information can be found here.

  • Breconport  -  This large port city is always bustling and busy.

  • Corlis  -  Corlis is a small city that is slowly dwindling. It is one of the more honest places you will find in the Lower Valley. The party has been to Corlis in their travels; more information can be found here.

  • Daemburg  -  This is the smallest of the Lurland cities. A large temple of Fharlanghn lies at the meeting of the Low, High, and Fey roads. The people here are friendly and outgoing. More information can be found here

  • Karlon Keep  -  A mighty city-state that guards Lurland from the barbarian and orc hordes of the Fallen Lands. It is a place of despair, ruled by the Jendalar, a tyrannical band of wizards and evil priests.

  • Kellmore  -  Kellmore is a small city that lies in the center of rich farmland. Two local families of nobles constantly struggle for control.

  • Madregoth  -  Madregoth is a medium-sized mining city. Iron and silver are mined and smelted here. The Irlingstar family runs the city in a tight, efficient manner.

  • Rothvale  -  The party has been to Rothvale before; more information can be found here.

  • Talisdale  -  This small city mines iron, copper, and small amounts of gold from the Serpent hills. It is ruled by a town council, but real power is exerted by the fabulously wealthy Silmerhelve family.

  • Tyrus  -  Tyrus is a large port city that is a haven for pirates and corsairs of all types. It is a wild, chaotic place ruled over by the Tessalar family and the large temple of Olidammara. Many mages call this port city home.
