you to the Vale of Sorrow. Be wary around her: I do not trust the Dark Moon as
fully as Lord Irrephim. Also be cautious of any adventurers in the area. We have
unconfirmed reports of the Silent Service, the Shield, the Shining Force, and the
Foothills Monastery active in the mountains near your destination. They may even
be working together, but I do not think they suspect our plans. Seek the dragon
Malaeragoth. Remember our warnings to you when dealing with this dangerous
creature. Be on the lookout for hints about the fate of the earlier expedition. Once
you have obtained the assistance of Malaeragoth, return to Lorrins Hill two days
south of the Iron Keep of Taragath. Meet with the Dark Ones and inform them that
the treaty has been made. Return here for your reward. Lord Irrephim will be
pleased if you accomplish this quickly and quietly. We will not have to cloak
ourselves in secrecy much longer.
