Aseelah bint F'hidaya

She watched from afar for a very long time. She noted finally ones that carried themselves with honor and with dignity. Finally, she mustered her courage and sought them out. After some time, she located the one she had seen so very many times in the city. She boldly inquired as to who they were, and then she demanded the chance to be one of them. Her demands were met with some amusement, some skepticism, but they indeed gave her the chance to prove her worth.

She trained hard, she did what was asked of her without question. She was faithful in her efforts and completed her tasks without a grumble. She remained fiercely determined to prove herself worthy to be called one of their own. She trained under the rigourous instructions and supervision of Riyad, Reagenae, and others. They tested her skills daily, they pushed her body, they tried her mental abilities. She constantly reminded herself of her goal, to prove herself worthy.

She began to learn their laws, their rules, their code. She suddenly noted her own name, and knew it was unworthy. She began to seek a name she thought worthy of this group. She finally found the name "Aseelah" and when she read its definition, it spoke to her soul, the definition, "belonging to a great heritage or family". She selected the name, knowing it was appropriate, if she was fortunate enough to be chosen to indeed be one of this noble group. She had no idea how prophetic the name would actually be.

The day finally came, the day she had hoped for, the day she had wished for, but when it did occurr, somehow she still was surprised. F'hidaya himself, the great Castellan that she had admired, made the decision that she would be his own. He took her that very day for his own daughter. She became his without hesitation. From that day on, she was known as Aseelah bint F'hidaya ibn Sanguine ibn Tariq the Unconquered ibn Bakr ibn Achem. She is now a childe of a great heritage and family.

Aseelah now serves the One that guides her path, she serves along side the many she admired, she is indeed one of them, she found her destiny. She is a loyal and zealous daughter of the Unconquered.
