Nothing much to say today but expect the midi page to be up later this week. I had made a page to upload but it was full of errors so I'll have to start from scratch...
I was also able to finish 2 more songs to put on it when I do...

Today I went in and fixed my sn's....I had them reversed.
Also, don't count on that Sims site anytime soon...sorry.

NEWSFLASH! MATT AND PLANET SIMS NO MORE!
Me-as once the object creator for PlanetSims-I recently havn't been getting any emails from It's webmaster. Also, despite the numerous objects for The Sims that I have sent him he does not put them on the site. And yet they remove me from their staff with my attempts at keeping ties. I just don't get this guys. Despite the fact I will no longer produce stuff for them, I will still try and keep at least decent relations. So guys, if you go to PlanetSims, please keep going. I sure don't want to ruin some other guys site just because of being outcast myself.

So what does this all mean? Well now that they obviously don't want to use my quality works, I am now breaking my object-making ties and planning to launch a Sims-related minisite right here on Matt's Homepage. Working titles might be "the sims are rad", "the sims objectopia", or maybe just "matt's sim page". Ok those were jokes but I'm really thinking about serious ones. I dunno, I'm still working on it. But expect it to emerge within 2 or 3 weeks (I mean it too! No more slacking for me! heehee). Good luck to PlanetSims, and hopefully they will bestow me with good luck in my site too. Whatever. Go to my site, go to p.s, go to whatever other site u may go to, and whatever cuz i gotta get offline now and i dont feel like punctuating or ending any sentences lol so cya people.

Also, expect more midis by me to be put up soon. But right now my priority is the new Sims object minisite.

Alright, cutting right to the matter:

Today I added 2 midis to the random player, Voyeur and Aliens Exist both by Blink-182. "Where are these from" you say? No they're not off another site...I MADE THEM MYSELF. Yep, each one took about a week to make so I would appreciate that you wouldn't use them on your own site. I'm gonna be putting them up for download off my midi page so check back there for when I add them. If you see any of the same ones on another site (other than Bav-Topine's midi Vault...which I send the midis to for him to post) email me and say what one.

Well I havn't really had much motivation to do much on this site, since my friend the Scour Exchange just got shut down and now im mp3-less. Dumb lawsuits lol. Which leads to the first modification of my site today...

Why did I do this? I'm tired of all these anti-music file lawsuits. Midi is harmless. Nobody even likes midi anymore for cryin out loud ;) Yea, I was looking for this midi of a Metallica song (may I add I have all their cd's by the way?) and every site that had it was shut down because of a threatened suit. Midi? Piracy? Nah. Threatened suits against dumb midi websites is bogus (and if anything, midis [even mp3's] encouraged me to buy roughly 85% the cd's I own. ...really... Without hearing the Metallica midis my friend sent me a long time ago, I would have never bought any of the cd's). I could really go on with this topic but in the interest of space on this page, I'll move on. I'm just "mad" because I can't finish my download of this one [classical] song that I wanted to hear. :D Ps- Please don't send me hate mail, this is just my personal opinion. Like it. Hate it. Whatever.

Oh yea, I also changed the general appearance of this page also.

It took me an extra month, but I FINALLY got some of the things I planned for the Crappy Birthday Celebration up. I added another persons comments in the Mattwalking page and changed the title graphic to the new HALLOWEEN THEME. Kinda late but hey there's a week left until Halloween anyways.

Sorry that I havn't been very active in updating the site for the 1 year birthday. I havn't had much motivation in doing anything for the site, but now that hits seem to be coming from isp's I havn't told to come, more stuff will be coming soon.

In other news, I recently made a deal with Lee over at Planet Sims to make objects for them. The site is about Maxis' hit "The Sims" so go on over to see my work. It's updated about every Friday, so if you have The Sims or just wanna see my work, about 2 new objects by me are put up each time they update.

Also, I have been making a lot of midis lately, so check the midi page often for updates. I'm also working on a revamp of the ever popular "about me" section. Also, when I stop getting so much work from band I'll put up the baritone info.

Well, it has been a whole year since I've had "Matt's Homepage". I have had other sites beforem but they lasted only a few months (there are links to what remains of them in the history of the site section which is on the about me page). This one has seemed to last, even though hardly anybody ever goes to it anymore. I don't really like that, but I've gotten used to being neglected.

SOOOOOO as part of the whole "Matt's Homepage: crappy Birthday Celebration!" I will be making up a new little section with downloads and such. It isn't up yet however, seeing as the "official celebrations kickoff" date is September 9. So until then, you're just going to have to wait :) 1
