Rahala

She comes to an old desert tree, and slide in behind it. You walk over a peek under.

A red drigus leaps out from under the tree. She snarls, as you see Mekali slither out behind it. The moment she sees you, her lips curl into a snarl. She bares her sharp teeth at you and you hastily back up. The other drigus slides in front of Mekali.

The tiger-like drigetti hops in front of you and roar at you, and you fall backwards, scared of what they might do to you. The mutated drigetti keep growling and advancing, both their teeth shining in the bright desert sun. Blue eyes burn as they take slow steps, as to terrify you more. Mekali is no more than four feet away when she leaps...

Then a tall white drigus leaps in front of you, and takes Mekali's impact on his side. His long hooved legs dance around you, trying not to step on you and not to lose balance. Mekali herself rolls off the new drigus and crashes not far off. She picks herself up and snarls a challendge. The new drigus, with his balance back, steps in front on you and roars back. You then notice that this white drigus is Sudak! The two snarl at each other, trying to out-growl the other.

Finally, Mekali snorts, and trots back to her nest. The red drigus follows her mother back in.

Sudak turns around, and nudges you. "You could have gotten a nasty scar from being so curious. A drigus with a daughter should not be messed with, especially my Mekali. She has a temper of fire." the white drigus smiles at you. "If you saw, my grandchild is mutated. Her name's Rahala, and she was named it for her gorgeous red coat." he smiles at you, and you haul yourself back up.

Sudak flips his ears and yot see the form of Wyndstorm not far off. "It's best you leave. Wyndstorm is here to see Rahala, and with Mekkie already angry, things might get messy. Like I said, Mekali has a temper of fire. She's qutie unpredictable" Sudak grins a tigerish grin and nudges you off.
