Site of Excellence Award
Thousands will enter few will win. This award is for excellence in design and content, which both are equally important. Pre-formatted sites will not be considered, (Sites from scratch only).
Exceptional Content Award
This one also speaks for itself, except preformatted sites will be considered for this award.

Navigation Award
I like going to a website that is easy to navigate. Easily being able to go to any page, from any page without hitting the BACK button too many times. This award is for just those kind of sites.
Outstanding Design Award
This speaks for itself. Design important, content not so important. Same rules apply as above.

Also
I will look at almost any site, it does not have to be theme related. One thing I will say is that I DO NOT like sites that have music on them, it seems to be discourtious to make someone wait an hour for your site to load, or make thier computer freeze up. But if your site does have music, it wont sway my judgement on giving you one or more of these awards. A good site is a good site, no matter if you have music on it or not. BUT, if you site makes my computer freeze then you will have no chance at all.
