GALVATRON

Profile: Galvatron is by far one of the most powerful Destron leaders ever. Undeniably the largest among all Beast Wars II Transformers. Galvatron's has one single ambition: universal domination. Obsessed with obtaining the Angolmois Energy, Galvatron lead the Destrons to the planet Gaea where he plans to harvest as much of the mysterious energy as possible. Galvatron as an affinity with the Angolmois Energy, an affinity given to him by the Galvamatrix, which is housed within his chest panel. Like all Destrons, his body was mutated by an ancient computer found on Gaea. Further increasing his power, it also gave him the ability to transform into a mighty drill tank as well as a ferocious dragon.

With such power at his disposal, Galvatron has achieved near demi-god status. Even his younger brother, Megastorm fears him and plots to overthrow him as Destron commander, even if it means killing Galvatron himself (something which seems almost impossible). Proving to be practically invulnerable, Galvatron is a juggernaut who cannot be destroyed - only stopped. 

However, due his excessive energy consumption, Galvatron needs to sleep. A lot. In fact, he spends almost all his time sleeping, allowing the Angolmois Energy to build up within him. During this time he is completely inactive (although he is know to talk in his sleep) and Megastorm takes the mantle of leadership in his place.

Despite all this, Galvatron is not totally cold blooded. He shows an unusual amount of affection for those under his command. On Sabretron, he saved the life of the Auto Roller mercenary, Auto Stinger, and even appointed him as Auto Roller leader. However, he has very little patience for Megastorm and no mercy whatsoever for the Cybertrons or any who would stand in his way of galactic conquest.
