Profile: The Auto Rollers were the only Transformers who came to planet Gaea as active protoforms (as opposed to deactive protoforms as seen in Beast Wars Transformers). Shortly after arriving on Gaea, Megastorm used an ancient computer to mutate them into their current states. Although they are capable warriors, they are rarely sent out to combat.

Their primary task is the deforestation of Gaea, causing great environmental damage to the planet, as well as destroying countless ecosystems and homes of the animals which inhabit Gaea. Although they'd rather be fighting the Cybertrons, they do revel in the destruction that they cause.

On Sabretron, the Auto Rollers wreacked untold havoc. However, they spared the lives of a certain group of Cybertrons who would later become the Insectrons.
Hence the Insectrons owed the Auto Rollers a life debt.

AUTO CRUSHER

Function: Land Guard
Sub Group: Auto Roller
Machine Mode: Bulldozer
Allegiance: Destron

Profile: The oldest of the Auto Rollers, Auto Crusher keeps his fellow Auto Rollers in line. Bulky and tough, his outer hide is impervious to most armaments, with his shovel-chest being the mightiest part of his armour.

Gladly using his buzzsaw to deforest Gaea and armed with homing missiles, Auto Crusher is a menace to both the planet and the Cybertrons.

Auto Crusher is obsessed with victory.

AUTO JETTER

Function: Aerial Guard
Sub Group: Auto Roller
Machine Mode: Jet fighter
Allegiance: Destron

Profile: A sadist who enjoys warfare. Like his fellow Auto Rollers, Auto Jetter would rather be out fighting Cybertrons instead of deforesting Gaea.

Using his mighty missiles, Auto Jetter literally obliterates hectares of forest land by carpet bombing it. His missiles can be used in all terrains, including underwater.

Hates insects as he is prone to getting them jammed in his intake.

AUTO LUNCHER

Function: Shock Troop Guard
Sub Group: Auto Roller
Machine Mode: Armoured Vehicle
Allegiance: Destron

Profile: Arrogant and obsessed with self-glorification. In battle, Auto Luncher would be the first in, often biting off far more than he can chew. This attitude remains unchanged despite numerous scoldings from Auto Roller leader, Auto Stinger.

The discs launched from his chest have a delay timer which may be used for demolition purposes. His preferred technique is to lay several discs around an enemy base and then detonate them simultaneously.

His arch rival is the Insectron leader, Mantis.

AUTO STINGER

Function: Guard Captain
Sub Group: Auto Roller
Machine Mode: Dump Truck
Allegiance: Destron

Profile: Once a feared galactic mercenary, Auto Stinger was captured by Destron forces and sentenced to execution. However, he was pardoned by Galvatron and ever since has served him loyally as Auto Roller captain.

Armed with dual homing missiles and a stun gun. Like his fellow Auto Rollers, he finds his deforestation assignment to be demeaning and unbefitting, especially since the orders were issued by Megastorm, not Galvatron.
