He enlists for the help of Dr. Quest, and they learn a bit more about the history of the Ivory Web. It turns out Black Jack Lee was the captain of the old ship. He had stolen treasure and vowed to keep it forever.

Episode Three
In the Realm of the Condor
August 28, 1996

A young woman, Estella Scheele, seeks the help of Dr. Quest in finding her grandfather. Years ago, he was lost in the Amazon Jungle. Quest agrees and takes the team along (including Bandit). Once they arrive, the Quest Team and Scheele take some local Indian guides along as they explore. When they come across some ancient structures, the Indian guides are scared off, leaving the rest behind. Without the extra backs to carry equipment, the team decides to take to the river rapids and just barely survive. Jonny finds a young Indian boy being squeezed to death by a snake and scares it away. The boy suddenly disappears.
The next day, they're climbing a steep cliff. Before they know it, huge condors are attacking them. Shots from Race's rifle don't work right away, and Jonny disappears into a side cave. The team goes on in search of Jonny and Scheele's grandfather. After a little more exploring, the team find themselves in El Dorado, the legendary lost city of gold. While there, they see Jonny with the Indians of that city. The natives don't seem to be friendly when they find Estella trying to steal one of the gold artifacts. Jonny gets imprisoned with them too. The huge condors silently watch and wait. The young boy Jonny had saved earlier secretly gets them out before it's too late.
Their escape is taken away when Estella tries to steal again. Jonny averts her attempts and she takes the boy hostage. Jonny saves the boy from falling into a deep ravine. The gold artifact slips towards the fall, and Estella tries to get it. She dies trying as she drops into the ravine. The leader of the tribe thanks the Quest Team in surprisingly good English. He reveals himself as Professor Scheele and tells them Estella was just an imposter. He shows the team that the boy is his son, and he's greatful for Jonny's help. In return for keeping El Dorado secret, Professor Scheele commands the condors to lift the team and take them back to civilization.

Villain: Estella Scheele
Extra Characters: Professor Scheele, Scheele's son

"...that boy could jump into a lake and come out dry."
