Ezekial Rage used to be a U.S. Government spy. With his wife and daughter thinking he was doing computer sales, Rage had been sent on a mission to Panagua. The local military caught him taking pictures of the files that proved their country was abusing U.S. Aid. Unfortunately, Abby and Carla gave him a surprise visit and got caught in the middle. Everything changed when Ezekial's car went over the cliff and his family died.
Somehow, Rage survived the crash, but not without consequence. His entire face was scared, so Ezekial wore a white mask much like the Phantom of the Opera. He also went crazy because his family was gone and his own country didn't try to help him. All Rage had left was his "Book of Rage". Inside was a picture of his family. Ezekial became bent on destroying the people who hurt him, which turned out to be the whole world.
He first met the Quest Team when Dr. Quest's friend thought he was a huge bat in the desert. When Rage encountered Jessie, he mistook her for Carla. He gained a lot of followers in his own little cult. Using his newly found power, Ezekial tried to spread nerve gas in a populated area, destroy the Earth's O-Zone Layer, melt the polar ice caps, and bomb the Earth from the inside. With the Time Machine and the Quest kids' help, Rage and his bomb got stuck in the time of the dinosaurs.
