While testing the new, sensible subspace relay stations for the Cocoon
Portal, a source of narrow band subspace traffic has been located deeper
into the Cocoon near the Dendara sector that extends around a B class star
of similar name.

You are to investigate the possibility of an unknown society that may qualify
for relations or association with the Federation. We are strongly interested
to expand our current foothold in the Cocoon, proceed accordingly.
