Lt<jg> Nanto continues his CGT.

FO Thar is lost in his own thoughts when Ensign Brooks arrives aboard.  Capt
Alyza asks Thar to the new CEO settled in.

Brooks soon finds work as a Bajoran merchant ship, the PROPHETS' GRACE,
arrives in DS 101 space with engine trouble.  She is dead in space.  Brooks
takes a shuttle to the stricken ship to aid in repairs.

Thar returns to his thoughts, all those that had died because of decisions
he had made.  He questions whether they were the right decisions and whether
he wanted to continue as First Officer.  At last making up his mind, he
tenders his resignation and desire to retire from active duty to Capt Alyza.

Station Security and Ambassador both decypher the message, 'VOJ',at the same
time.  Each unaware of the others success.

On the PROPHETS' GRACE, Brooks finds that a piece of non-standard equipment
was blocking the plasma flow.  Brooks removes the non-standard equipment and
replaces with an authorized piece.  He decided to take the non-standard
equipment back to DS 101 for study.
