Ross has the experience adavantage over Hussein as far as military strategies and war games.  If it goes to a strategic battle, Hussein doesn't have a chance.

        The only thing Hussein can really rely on is firepower.  The Hulkbusters are good, but cybernetic suits aside, people need to breathe.  Chemical and biological warfare would be my best bets.

        There's not really a lot to be said here.  It's brains against brawn.  If this were a race, Hussein would make it to the finish line first.  The only problem is Ross has the map.
