Nothing really separates these two as far as ability.  They're both really strong, really fast and really angry.  The Hulk (Marvel's Hulk) is smarter than Lou in his Bruce Banner form, but then, Lou didn't play Bruce on the TV series, so, in the interests of fairness, we'll compare these two on the basis of their Hulk forms only.

        Hulk vs. Hulk.  Not much is left to the imagination in this match-up.  Brute force is about the only thing used by either Hulk.  The only energy blasts or strategies you'll see are the throwing of cars, boulders, etc.  No finesse, big objects and an even bigger opponent made Hulk, (both of them) famous for what he does best, HULK SMASH!

        The only thing I can think of that would decide the match would be who calms downs first, and since Rick and Betty didn't exist in the '60's show, it may very well be the Hulk to get smashed.
