DOCTOR OCCULT is one of Earth premier members of the mystical community. He is soft-spoken and very serious in demeanor, but has a good heart and will do anything he can to protect those around him. he is also widely regarded as Earth's very first super-hero donning ceremonial battle robes to fight evil mystical forces in the early 1930s. OCCULT does not seem to age, at least not at the same rate as most humans do and he has taken to wearing a simple beige dress suit, fedora, and trenchcoat as his "costume". He is an on-again, off-again member of the JUSTICE SOCIETY. OCCULT seems to have a female alter ego depending on what dimension he is in by the name of ROSE PSYCHIC.
Powers: 1) Heightened Charisma B: +17 2) Dimensional Travel: See V&V Rule Book. 3) Willpower: Variable use, Pr=1/turn 4) Magical Spells: He has such a large repetoire of spells he may duplicate the effects of any power as detailed in the V&V Rule Book at 3x normal PR cost. If an ability does not have a PR cost associated with it he may duplicate it's effects for Pr=8/turn. All spells are 1 action to cast. 5) Special Weapon - Symbol of the Seven: Automatically deflects damage from "magical" attacks, 90% success (this only affects attacks that cause damage). Other energy attacks are deflected 50% of the time.
