LOBO is the baddest of the bad, one of the greatest bounty-hunters in the galaxy! He can be brutally ruthless, and does not ever give up when tracking down his prey...it should be noted though that he also has a number of pet space dolphins (he calls them his "fishies") which he loves and takes constant gentle care of...he's a complex individual and not always easy to read but one thing is for certain: When LOBO shows up in your town, watch out!!!
