HAL JORDAN is the original Green Lantern chosen by the Guadians of Oa to protect Sector 2014 (Earth). Many more have followed, but most consider Hal to be the one, true Green Lantern, and possibly the greatest Green Lantern to have ever lived!
Powers: 1) Willpower: Variable use, Pr=1/turn 2) Heightened Charisma B +30 3) Special Weapon - Power Ring: a) Heightened Endurance B +25 b) Adaptation: as defense, pr=1/hour c) Flight: Max Speed= 3,600mph (hyperflight), pr=1/hour d) Heightened Senses: Detect anything, pr=10/use, Range=unlimited. The ring can also translate any language with 90% success, and has a "photographic recall" of anything video or audio that it has been exposed to(99%). e) Non-corporealness: as defense, pr=4/hour f) Regeneration: 1 action, heals at heal rate speed. g) Body Power: +30 Power Points h) Power Blast: Pr=1/attack, 1d20 damage i) Illusions - Solid Energy: (As Power Blast) Base Creation Points= 200(4x Chr). Inanimate objects (Pr=2, movement only Range=Ax2"). Animate (Pr=8, see V&V Rule Book. He uses this ability to create ADR, giant boxing gloves, etc) j) Weakness - Yellow: The ring cannot directly affect anything coloured yellow. k) Weakness - Recharge: Must be recharged at its Power Battery once every 24 hours.
