DR. FATE is a Lord of Order sent to Earth to combat the forces of Chaos wherever they may be found. FATE also known as NABU is bound to the mystical golden helmet of nabu. Whosoever dons the hemlet becomes DR. FATE. Currently, Hector Hall, son of the golden age HAWKMAN, wears FATE's helm. Hall is a powerful individual in his own right, but with the helmet he becomes one of the most powerful forces of magic in the universe! DR. FATE is also a member of the JUSTICE SOCIETY.

a) Magical Spells: Fate has such a vast repetoire of spells he may duplicate the effects of any power as detailed in the V&V Rule Book at 2x normal PR cost. If an ability does not have a PR cost associated with it he may duplicate it's effects for Pr=5/turn. All spells are 1 action to cast.

d) Weakness - Low Self-control: Nabu frequently tries to take control of Hector whenever he has his own agenda. If this happens, Hall must use his willpower to retain control. The only way to avoid this is to remove the helmet.
