.a) Eldrich Blast: 2d6 damage, range=Chr", Pr=3/attack. Attack type is chosen each time an attack is made (can attack using any attack type but effect is only damage although flame powers can cause comustibles to ignite, etc.)
.b) Contact Others: pr=6/use, Range= unlimited. Sends a single sentence and knowledge of his exact location (if desired) to anyone he has met in person at least once.
.c) Teleport: gateway, Pr=9, Range= current power x 100"
.d) Lightning: Control/short-out electrical equipment, pr=7/use
.e) Regeneration - Others: 1 action to cast, range = touch. Target heals at double Heal Rate until PR cost is not paid. pr=1/turn, no other actions required.
.f) Mind Control - Suggestion: Pr=15/success only 5 if unsuccessful, Range= voice, attacks as Mind Control. Target will obey one short verbal command as long as it is not self-destructive (or would injure an ally/friend). Sv.vs.Int on d100 between turns to break free of long sugestions.
.g) Ghost Form (Non-Corporealness): PR=16/hour, as defense, pass through solids and float on air at groun move rate.
.h) Soul Rend: Range=I", Pr=10/attack, 2d6 damage, attacks as paralysis ray. Ignores target protective powers (ADR, Invulnerability, etc.) and damage cannot be rolled with.
.i) Heal Self (Regeneration): 1 action to cast, pr=5/turn (no additional actions required, healing continues until pr cost is unpaid). Heals at double heal rate.
.j) Grant Fake Soul (Animate Object): PR=16/turn, 1 action to cast lasts until Pr is unpaid. Creates an loyal but independent "creature" out of any inanimate object within I". Object has 1 HP per 50lbs and does damage as per it's brawling weight (Dex=10, Int=0, Max. weight of animated object is current power score x 10 lbs.)
6) Prejudice (sufferes negative reaction mods from both good and evil)
