JOHN CONSTANTINE is a regular British deadbeat. He has no job, few friends, drinks too much, smokes like a chimney, and is probably one of the best connected individuals in Earth's Mystical Community. He is an occultist, that is, he is not directly connected to the Earth's Mana Flow but is able to tap into it with magical rituals. Charming and intelligent, Constantine is a valuable ally and a hated adversary. He has no true team affiliations but can be frequently found wherever and whenever a powrful magical disturbance occurs.

Casting time is 1 minute per point of PR spent on the ritual. If he has limited access to spell components his chance of a successful ritual is only Ix3% (rolled after casting time is complete).
