BLOODWYND is a powerful sorceror and sometimes ally of the JUSTICE LEAGUE. He does not trust most heroes and tends to stay away from them following his own sense of what is "right".
Powers: 1) Heightened Charisma B: +17 2) Willpower: Variable use, Pr=1/turn 3) Special Weapon - Blood Amulet: Permanently grafted to his chest, it is the source of all his powers. The Amulet itself is indestructible. a) Invulnerability: 17 points per turn b) Heightened Strength B +17 c) Flight: Pr=1/hour, Max speed= mph. d) Power Blast: Pr=1/attack, 1d20 damage e) Magical Spells: He has such a large repetoire of spells he may duplicate the effects of any power as detailed in the V&V Rule Book at 4x normal PR cost. If an ability does not have a PR cost associated with it he may duplicate it's effects for Pr=10/turn. All spells require 1 action to cast.
