You follow the path until you come to a smaller section of the rain forest. It was fully dry, no dew drops on leaves or anything wet, and everywhere around you, you can feel an electrical current flowing. All of a sudden the back of your hair stands up, and a large unicorn-like creature leaps out infront of you and rears!
"Who dares enter here?" she said, and lightning strikes in the sky.
Scared to death, you stutter your name and told her Ann was with you, hoping that maybe that will help.
The mare stops rearing, and glares at you, as if to see if you were telling the truth, then snorts.
"Very well, human. You may live. I am Tropical Flame, flame of the tropical storm."
Lightning strikes and a shadow seems to appear next to her, large and rather muscular. It steps forth, revealing a hansome stallion of Tropical Flame's breed, only much nicer looking. He smiles at you.
"Greetings traveler!! I'm Foam Flame, Flame of the Wave's Highest Crest! Don't mind Tropic, here...she's a bit moody."
The stallion smirks as the mare nips him on the neck. He shakes out his mohawk and flicks his tail.
"Well traveler, was nice meeting you but I must go now. So long!"
Foam Flame rears and gallops off into the shadows, leaving you and Tropic alone.
"He probably left to see Amy," she remarked.
You blinked and asked her, "Who's Amy?"
"Amethyst Flame, the 'love of his life', as he puts it in."
The mare snorts in annoyance, and a rustle is heard. A large, blue stallion prances in, looking over, grinning.
"Heya! I'm River Flame, Flame of the River's Run."
He beams, hears something behind him and gallops off in pursuit for it. Tropic smiled, for once.
"He was my charge as a foal. His parents are Spiral Flame and Ice Flame, from Dragon Flight's realm."
She stopped smiling and glanced at you.
"Well, stranger, would you like to see our stats?"
Tropic gives you a look, daring you to say no to Foam.
"S..sure!", you stammered, and followed Tropic and Foam towards a palm tree. Hanging from it was a golden plaque, a silver plaque, and a bronze plaque. They read:
After finishing reading the stat sheets you turned around to them, but find them already gone. As you walk out, you hear a squeak behind you. A small, sky-blue dragon hatchling stood, staring at you with curious eyes. Then it squeaked again and left, leaving without a trace.
You blinked, and saw a fourth plaque near where the hatchling stood. It read:
