December's Sacred Site:

Men-An-Tol, Penwith Peninsula, Cornwall

Long associated with children and fertility, this small, but unique, stone monument sits unobtrusively in the middle of the Penwith moorlands. Recently, the site was victimized by a bizarre incendiary attack, by persons threatening to move the entire grouping to a private setting, leaving the stones severely damaged. This photo was taken prior to the attack.
